Current Contact & Business Data

YourEconomy can provide up-to-date primary contact and business information, including:

• Contact name
• Job title
• Gender
• Website
• Phone number
• Current NAICS code
• Current employment

Pricing starts at $1,000 per 5,000 records.

Academic/Government pricing is for all years (1997-present) of YTS data with use for one (single) year. Multi-year agreements are available with an annual 15% discount on the single year pricing. For multi-year agreements, invoices are sent annually with 15% discount on the single year pricing, and can include semi-annual updates for the life of the agreement.

Scope

• Full U.S. - includes all states and District of Columbia (DC), Puerto Rico and/or Virgin Islands upon request.
• Limited - industries, public companies or larger geographies.
• Small - specific queries or narrow geographies.

Use Case

Project - One Project with Multiple Users

• A single, defined scope project with the intent of sharing research via publication in an academic journal, dissertation, job market paper, or academic conference presentation.
• Project may have multiple users and researchers may come from multiple institutions. Data can only be used for this specific project and not independently by any individual researcher.

Individual - One User with Multiple Projects

• A single, defined user project with the intent of sharing research via publication in an academic journal, dissertation, job market paper, or academic conference presentation.
• User may have multiple projects. 
• Data can only be used by this specific user and not independently by any other researcher.
• All project descriptions are included in the agreement.

Department/Organization - Unlimited Projects with Multiple Users

• Data may be used for unlimited projects begun by a licensed researcher during the 365 days after data delivery.
• Research assistants and co-authors may use the data to support a project where a named researcher is one of the principal investigators. Research assistants and co-authors may not use the data for independent work.
• Department - maximum 20 users at one (1) organization.
• Organization - larger organizations  >20 users.
• One invoice - to an academic department, school, college or institution. 

Research & Commercial Data Licensing

YTS data may be licensed to organizations conducting research on behalf of a third-party client, as well as to for-profit researchers who intend to aggregate YTS data for resale.

Licensed data may be used only for the specified project and on behalf of the specified client. Limited graphs, charts, and aggregated results may be made available for public viewing with appropriate citation. Custom dashboards may also be included as part of the project. Pricing available upon request.

YourEconomy uses deterministic record linkage, comparing fields from separate records character by character. This produces a definitive match or non-match, with no ambiguity. When your data is well-suited to this approach, we typically achieve match rates of up to 80%.

Actual match rates may be lower depending on the quality, completeness, and age of the data being matched. To perform a match, we require four fields:

Address

City/ZIP Code

State

Our matching scripts also standardize your data by removing extraneous text and characters, helping maximize the number of exact matches and improve overall matching performance. Your delivery includes all active verified establishments with all records that were matched.
