Contacts

Cost: starts at $1,000

YourEconomy can deliver up to date primary contact information including; name, job titles, gender, website, phone, current NAICS, and current jobs. Pricing starts at $1,000 per 5,000 records.

Academic/Government pricing is for one (single) year. Multi-year agreements are available with an annual 15% discount on the per-year pricing. For multi-year agreements, invoices are sent annually with 15% discount on the single year pricing, and can include semi-annual updates for the life of the agreement.

Scope

Full U.S. - includes all states and District of Columbia (DC), Puerto Rico and/or Virgin Islands upon request.

Limited - industries, public companies or larger geographies.

Small - specific queries or narrow geographies.

Use Case

Project

• A single, defined scope project with the intent of sharing research via publication in an academic journal, dissertation, job market paper, or academic conference presentation.
• Project may have multiple users and researchers may come from multiple institutions. Data can only be used for this specific project and not independently by any individual researcher.

Individual

• A single, defined user project with the intent of sharing research via publication in an academic journal, dissertation, job market paper, or academic conference presentation.
• User may have multiple projects. 
• Data can only be used by this specific user and not independently by any other researcher.
• All project descriptions are included in the agreement.

Department/Organization

• Data may be used for unlimited projects begun by a licensed researcher during the 365 days after data delivery.
• Research assistants and co-authors may use the data to support a project where a named researcher is one of the principal investigators. Research assistants and co-authors may not use the data for independent work.
• Department - maximum 20 users at one (1) organization.
• Organization - larger organizations  >20 users.
• One invoice - to an academic department, school, college or institution. 

Consultant

Data can be licensed to an organization that is conducting research on behalf of another organization, or for-profit researchers intent on aggregating YTS data for resale. Data is used only for a specified project on behalf of a specified client. Limited graphs, charts, aggregations may be made available for public viewing with proper citation, and custom Dashboards can be included. Pricing available upon request.

YTS Data Matching

Cost: starts at $2,500

Have another data source that you want to match to the records in the YTS data? Send your file to us and we will review for effective matching. YourEconomy uses deterministic linkage, matching two fields from separate records – character by character. You get one of two determined results: either the records are a match or they are not. If the matching data is determined usable with this approach, we  typically match up to 80% of the data. Required data fields: Organization Name, ZipCode, Address, State. Our scripting process removes extraneous text/characters from any data to increase the number of exact matches.
